Rule 24.25.305 - EMPLOYER COUNTER PETITION(1) A party shall have ten days after the date the board mails the petition for new unit determination in which to file a counter petition with the board in accordance with ARM 24.26.614.(2) The board shall serve a copy of the counter petition upon the petitioner.Mont.
