Rule 24.210.651 - REINSTATEMENT(1) Unless a specific period of suspension or revocation is set out in any final order of the board, a suspension shall be for one year and a revocation shall be permanent.(2) As a condition to the reinstatement of a suspended license, in addition to any other conditions allowed by law, the board may require the applicant to take and pass a qualifying examination, or course, or both as determined by the board.
