Rule 24.174.1709 - REGISTRY INFORMATION RETENTION(1) Patient information contained in the registry shall be destroyed three years after the original date of submission of the information to the registry.(2) Pursuant to 37-7-1508, MCA, a government entity or law enforcement agency may request that specific information in the registry, related to an open investigation, be retained beyond the three-year destruction requirement by submitting a request to the board.Mont.
