Rule 24.16.7535 - PAYMENT OF WAGES AND PENALTIES(1) Upon a determination that wages and/or penalties are due, the department will advise the employer regarding the method of payment and require the payment: (a) in either the department's or the claimant's name; and(b) by money order, certified check, or other negotiable instrument.
