Rule 24.156.626 - REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION PROCEEDINGS(1) In those cases brought pursuant to the provisions of 37-3-323, MCA, such proceedings may be initiated by any person or a member of the board by the filing of a written, signed complaint in which the charge or charges against the licensee are stated separately and with particularity. Such a complaint may be delivered to and filed with the board by any person of legal age or may be delivered to and filed with the board by the executive officer of the board or by the attorney for the board.Mont.
