Rule 23.19.606 - PENALTY FOR FRAUDULENT APPLICATION
(1) If the Office of Victim Services determines that a victim fraudulently applied for an identity theft passport, the victim's passport will be immediately deactivated.
(2) A victim who fraudulently applies for an identity theft passport may be subject to, in addition to other penalties available under Montana law, criminal prosecution for false swearing pursuant to 45-7-202, MCA.
