Rule 23.19.506 - DEFINITIONS

As used in this subchapter, the following definitions apply:

(1) "National do-not-call list" means the database of residential phone numbers designated not to be called by telemarketers as established by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in 16 CFR 310.
