Rule 18.6.313 - IDENTIFICATION OF PUBLIC AT-GRADE CROSSINGS(1) The railroad company will place and register a U.S. department of transportation number at each public highway railroad at-grade crossing, and notify the MDT. Federal railroad authority rules will be followed for numbering or reassignment of numbers.
