Rule 18.15.127 - NOTIFICATION OF SEIZURE OF FUEL(1) The department shall notify the transporter, consignor, and consignee in writing by certified mail within 48 hours of seizure that a load of fuel has been seized.(2) Any transporter, consignor, and/or consignee with a claim to interest or title to the seized fuel must make a written request for a hearing within 30 calendar days after the date of seizure.
