Rule 17.8.202 - INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE(1) For the purposes of this subchapter, the department adopts and incorporates by reference the following: (a) The Montana Ambient Air Monitoring Program Quality Assurance Project Plan (2023), a department manual that specifies ambient air sampling and data collection, recording, analysis, and transmittal requirements that pertain only to the department's monitoring program;(b) 40 CFR Part 50, specifying the national ambient air quality standards and ambient air quality monitoring reference methods;(c) 40 CFR Part 53, specifying ambient air monitoring reference methods and equivalent methods; and(d) 40 CFR Part 58, specifying criteria and requirements for ambient air quality monitoring and reporting.
