Rule 17.8.1207 - CERTIFICATION OF TRUTH, ACCURACY, AND COMPLETENESS(1) Any application form, report, or compliance certification submitted pursuant to this subchapter shall contain certification by a responsible official of truth, accuracy, and completeness. This certification and any other certification required under this subchapter shall state that, based on information and belief formed after reasonable inquiry, the statements and information in the document are true, accurate, and complete.Mont.
