Rule 17.53.201 - PURPOSE OF SUBCHAPTER(1) The purpose of this subchapter is to insure that information obtained by the department regarding facilities and sites used for the treatment, storage and disposal of hazardous wastes, as those terms are defined in 40 CFR 260.10, is available to the public.
