Rule 17.38.212 - INITIAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM EVALUATIONS(1) The department adopts and incorporates by reference 40 CFR Part 141, subpart U, which sets forth the requirements for determining monitoring locations and other requirements for subpart V compliance monitoring.
