Rule 17.30.1802 - DEFINITIONSFor the purposes of this subchapter, the following definitions, in addition to those in 7-13-4502 and 75-5-103, MCA, will apply:
(1) "District" means a "local water quality district" established with definite boundaries for the purpose of protecting, maintaining, and improving the quality of state water as authorized by Title 7, chapter 13, part 45, MCA, and the rules of this subchapter.(2) "Program" means a local water quality district program designed to protect, maintain, and improve the quality of state water within the boundaries of a local water quality district established according to the procedures specified in Title 7, chapter 13, part 45, MCA.Mont.
