Rule 17.30.1387 - SMALL CONFINEMENT FACILITIES FOR ANIMALS(1) Unless considered necessary by the department, the procedural requirements of ARM 17.30.1370 through 17.30.1377 and the requirements for state-EPA coordinators in ARM 17.30.1386 do not apply to small confinement facilities for animals.
