Rule 17.24.109 - EXPLORATION LICENSE ASSIGNMENT(1) The department may approve the assignment of an exploration license contingent on the following conditions:(a) The licensee submits to the department a completed application, on a form provided by the department, which includes the name and address of the proposed assignee and the name and address of that person's resident agent, if any.(b) The assignee commits in writing to conduct the operations in full compliance with the terms and conditions of the license; and,(c) The assignee certifies they are eligible to hold an exploration license pursuant to the provisions of 82-4-331(3), MCA and provides sufficient bond to guarantee performance of the Act, this subchapter, and the license.Mont.
