Rule 12.9.511 - APPLICATION(1) While this Habitat Montana policy specifically relates to funds acquired under 87-1-241 and 87-1-242, MCA, the Montana fish, wildlife and parks commission directs that these guidelines also apply, where appropriate, to all of the department's wildlife habitat acquisition programs.
