Rule 12.6.1001 - SNARE TRAPS(1) Snare traps may be used to lawfully take predators, furbearers, unprotected nongame animals, and unprotected nongame birds. Livestock owners, employees of the department and of the federal Fish and Wildlife Service may use snare traps to lawfully take depredating bears and depredating mountain lions.Mont.
