Rule 12.3.628 - CONVERSION OF LICENSE TYPE(1) A resident who has purchased a bear, deer, elk, bird, or fishing license may request a refund by returning the license to the Helena office or a regional office at the time of application for a class AAA combination license.(2) A resident who purchases a class A-8 license may request a refund by returning the license to the Helena office or a regional office at the time of application for a class A license.
