Rule 10.16.3502 - TRANSFER OF PARENTAL RIGHTS AT AGE OF MAJORITY(1) When a student with disabilities reaches the age of 18, parental rights under IDEA will transfer to the student in accordance with 34 CFR 300.520 and 34 CFR 300.320 (c).
