Rule 10.13.404 - TRAFFIC EDUCATION CONTENT STANDARD 3 AND BENCHMARKS - VISUAL SKILLS(1) To satisfy the requirements of traffic education content standard 3, a student must demonstrate and analyze the importance of proper visual skills for the safe operation of a motor vehicle.(2) The benchmarks for traffic education content standard 3 for a student upon completion are the ability to: (a) know proper visual skills for operating a motor vehicle;(b) communicate and explain proper visual skills for operating a motor vehicle;(c) demonstrate the use of proper visual skills for operating a motor vehicle; and(d) demonstrate positive habits and attitudes for consistent proper visual skills.Mont.
