Section 5 CSR 100-200.095 - Certified Deaf Interpreter CertificationPURPOSE: This rule outlines how individuals may be granted a Certified Deaf Interpreter Certification
PURPOSE: This amendment updates the name of the Texas agency that administers the Board for Evaluation of Interpreters (BEI) to the proper reference for the Texas provider of the examination.
(1) Certification as a Certified Deaf Interpreter (MO-CDI) may be obtained only by conversion pursuant to rule 5 CSR 100-200.100 by an applicant who receives a passing score on any of the following tests administered by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC):(A) Level III Intermediary;(B) Level IV Intermediary; or(C) Level V Intermediary.Adopted by Missouri Register October 3, 2016/Volume 41, Number 19, effective 11/30/2016Amended by Missouri Register November 15, 2019/Volume 44, Number 22, effective 12/31/2019
