Section 3 CSR 10-6.615 - Bullfrogs and Green Frogs

PURPOSE: This rule establishes seasons, methods and limits for taking bullfrogs and green frogs.

(1) Daily Limit: Eight (8) in the aggregate.
(2) Methods: Hand, handnet, atlatl, gig, bow, trotline, throwline, limb line, bank line, jug line, snagging, snaring, grabbing, or pole and line by the holder of a fishing permit. An artificial light may be used.
(3) Seasons: Sunset June 30 through October 31.
(4) Bullfrogs and green frogs taken and possessed under this rule may be used as bait.
