Section 3 CSR 10-5.445 - Daily Small Game Hunting Permit

PURPOSE: This rule establishes a new daily small game hunting permit—comparable to the new daily fishing permit.

To chase, pursue, take, possess, and transport birds (except turkeys), mammals (except black bears, deer, elk, and furbearers), and frogs, and to chase furbearers for training dogs during the closed season. Fee: fifteen dollars ($15.00) per day. A permit may be purchased for multiple days.
