Section 3 CSR 10-5.359 - Resident Managed Deer Hunting Permit

PURPOSE: This amendment increases the fee for a Resident Man-aged Deer Hunting Permit to reflect a more current cost adjustment based on changes in the Consumer Price Index.

To pursue, take, possess, and transport deer during a pre-scribed managed deer hunt. Fee: eighteen dollars ($18.00).
