Section 3 CSR 10-5.340 - Resident Fishing Permit

PURPOSE: This amendment increases the fee for a Resident Fishing Permit to reflect a more current cost adjustment based on changes in the Consumer Price Index.

To pursue, take, possess, and transport fish, frogs, mussels, clams, turtles, crayfish, and live bait. Fee: thirteen dollars ($13).
