Section 3 CSR 10-10.722 - Resident Roe Fish Commercial Harvest Permit

PURPOSE: This amendment increases the fee for a Resident Roe Fish Commercial Harvest Permit to reflect a more current cost adjustment based on changes in the Consumer Price Index.

Required in addition to the Commercial Fishing Permit to take, possess, and sell bowfin, paddlefish, and shovel nose sturgeon and their eggs from the Mississippi River in accordance with 3 CSR 10-10.725. Fee: five hundred forty-two dollars ($542).
