Section 20 CSR 2150-9.060 - Licensure RenewalPURPOSE: This rule provides information to anesthesiologist assistants licensed in Missouri regarding renewal of licensure.
(1) A license shall be renewed on or before January 31 of the year the license is due for renewal, by submitting the renewal application and fee to the board. The license renewal fee shall be established in 20 CSR 2150-9.080.(2) The failure to mail the application form or the failure to receive the licensure registration renewal application form does not relieve any licensee of the duty to renew the license and pay the renewal fee, nor shall it exempt any licensee from the penalties provided in sections 334.402 to 334.428, RSMo for failure to renew.(3) Licensure renewal forms sent to the board on February 1 or after will be considered delinquent, however, should January 31 fall on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, renewal forms sent to the board on the next business day will not be considered delinquent. The date the renewal form was sent or if sent by common carrier, the date received shown on the shipping bill by the carrier will be considered the date of the postmark.
