Section 20 CSR 2150-2.250 - Assistant Physician - Collaborative Practice Change RequirementsPURPOSE: This rule is being amended to implement Senate Bill 718 (2018) passed by the 99th General Assembly.
PURPOSE: This rule provides the requirements and time frames licensees must follow in reporting a change in collaborative practice arrangement.
(1) Licensed assistant physicians who enter a collaborative practice arrangement with a physician or who terminate a collaborative practice arrangement with a physician, for any reason, must submit written notification and the required form to the board within thirty (30) days of such occurrence.Adopted by Missouri Register December 1, 2016/Volume 41, Number 23, effective 1/29/2017Amended by Missouri Register July 15, 2019/Volume 44, Number 14, effective 9/3/2019
