Section 20 CSR 2117-1.040 - Certifying EntitiesPURPOSE: To establish the use of certifying entities.
(1) The division will post on its website any approved certifying entities.(2) If the division determines to utilize any certifying entities, the division will enter into a contractual relationship with the certifying entity in accord with all state laws related to public contracts.Adopted by Missouri Register May 15, 2019/Volume 44, Number 10, effective 7/1/2019
