Section 2 CSR 90-38.040 - Separability and Effective PeriodPURPOSE: This rule states the separability of the rules and their provisions within Chapter 38 and the effective period of these rules.
(1) If any provision of the rules within Chapter 38 is declared invalid, the validity of the remainder of these rules shall not be affected.
