Section 2 CSR 90-30.110 - AirportsPURPOSE: This rule establishes requirements for airport safety and measuring devices.
(1) At least every six (6) months, the director shall test and inspect the measuring devices at all airports which dispense products regulated by Chapter 414, RSMo.(2) Each measuring device shall meet the requirements of 2 CSR 90-30.080.(3) If the design, construction or location of any device is such as to require a testing procedure involving special equipment or accessories or an abnormal amount of labor, the equipment, accessories and labor shall be supplied by the owner or operator of the device as required by the weights and measures official.(4) The director or his/her delegated representative shall have free access, at reasonable times, to any airport location utilized for the sale or storage of products regulated by Chapter 414, RSMo.(5) No person shall hinder or obstruct the director or his/her delegated representative in the reasonable performance of his/her duties.(6) All airport locations utilized for the sale or storage of products regulated by Chapter 414, RSMo shall be safe from fire and explosion and not likely to cause injury to the public or property. The director shall order any location not meeting the requirements of this section corrected, discontinued from use or removed.
