Section 2 CSR 90-25.010 - Price Verification ProceduresPURPOSE: This amendment updates reference to the most recent edition of NIST Handbook 130.
(1) The Division of Weights, Measures and Consumer Protection shall follow the examination procedure for price verification incorporated by reference in the section of NIST Handbook 130, 2023 edition, entitled "Examination Procedure for Price Verification." NIST Handbook 130, 2023 edition, is published by the U.S. Government Publishing Office. A copy of this material can be obtained free of charge online at NIST.gov or a hard copy may be purchased from the National Conference on Weights and Measures at NCWM.net.
