Section 2 CSR 100-1.010 - General OrganizationPURPOSE: This rule complies with section 536.023, RSMo 1986 which requires each agency to adopt as a rule a description of its operation and the methods where the public may obtain information or make submissions or requests.
(1) The Missouri Agricultural and Small Business Development Authority was created by Chapter 348, RSMo (1986). The authority was established as a public corporation to promote the development of agriculture, small business and pollution control facilities through the issuance of bonds.(2) The authority is a bipartisan seven (7)-member commission appointed by the governor, with the consent of the senate. The members terms are five (5) years in length.(3) The authority holds periodic meetings which are open to the public.(4) The general public may obtain information about the authority or make submissions to the authority by writing the Missouri Agricultural and Small Business Development Authority, P.O.
