PURPOSE: This rule defines the class of employees who may become Participantsts in the defined contribution plan.
On and after January 1, 2000, as an incident to employment or continued employment, each Employee shall become a Participantst in the Plan upon the later of i) January 1, 2000 or ii) the date the Employee becomes a member of the pension fund described in 50.1000 to 50.1200, RSMo.
