Section 15 CSR 60-11.150 - Record KeepingPURPOSE: The attorney general administers provisions of the Wheelchair Lemon Law and Assistive Devices for Major Life Activity, sections 407.950 to 407.970, RSMo. The attorney general is required to establish regulations controlling the arbitration of disputes arising under these provisions. This rule specifies procedures related to making a record .
(1) The arbitration firm shall keep all records pertaining to each arbitration for a period of at least two (2) years and shall make the records of a particular arbitration available for inspection upon written request by a party to that arbitration, and shall make records of all arbitrations available to the attorney general upon written request.(2) At the expiration of the arbitration firm's appointment, if that appointment is not renewed, all records pertaining to arbitrations conducted pursuant to sections 407.950 to 407.970, RSMo shall be turned over to the attorney general.
