Section 15 CSR 60-11.100 - Accommodations for the DisabledPURPOSE: The attorney general administers provisions of the Wheelchair Lemon Law and Assistive Devices for Major Life Activity, sections 407.950 to 407.970, RSMo. The attorney general is required to establish regulations controlling the arbitration of disputes arising under these provisions. This rule specifies procedures related to accommodations for the disabled.
(1) Any party may request reasonable accommodations at a hearing, including access and auxiliary aids and services, in accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act ( 42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq) and the regulations thereunder ( 28 CFR part 35) as such Act and regulations may, from time-to-time, be amended.(2) Such request shall be made to the arbitration firm at the time the consumer submits his or her "Request for Arbitration" form.
