Section 15 CSR 30-55.060 - Public Hearing

PURPOSE: This amendment is removing a sentence regarding appearance of the parties, which is addressed in a new proposed rule.

All hearings shall be open to the public. Notice of the hearing will be posted prominently in the Office of the Secretary of State, Securities Division, Missouri State Information Center, Room 229, 600 W. Main, Jefferson City, MO 65101.
