Section 15 CSR 30-52.320 - Annual Report for the Renewal of a Registration StatementPURPOSE: This rule requires that an annual report be provided to the Securities Division for the renewal of the effective period of a registration statement.
(1) To renew a registration statement for an additional year, the registrant shall file with the Securities Division a completed form SR-2 within thirty (30) days before the anniversary of the effective date of the registration statement in Missouri.(2) The registrant shall include a filing fee of one hundred dollars ($100).
