Section 15 CSR 30-52.280 - Withdrawal of a Registration StatementPURPOSE: This rule prescribes policies and procedures for withdrawing a registration statement prior to effectiveness.
(1) The withdrawal of an application (prior to effectiveness) may be issued by the commissioner upon the request of the applicant.(2) The abandonment of an application, where there has been no activity on the application by the applicant for a period of six (6) months or more, may be considered to signify a request for withdrawal.
