Section 15 CSR 30-130.100 - AppealsPURPOSE: This rule describes how a professional employer organization (PEO) may appeal the secretary's findings that disciplinary action should be taken against it.
(1) A PEO who receives findings of fact and conclusions of law as provided in 15 CSR 30-130.090 upholding any disciplinary action may seek judicial review as provided for in Chapter 536, RSMo.Adopted by Missouri Register April 15, 2019/Volume 44, Number 8, effective 5/31/2019
