Section 12 CSR 40-50.020 - Price of TicketsPURPOSE: This rule states how lottery tickets are priced.
(1) The price of lottery tickets to retail licensees shall be established by the executive director.(2) Retail licensees must sell lottery tickets to the public at the price printed on the ticket.
