Section 12 CSR 40-40.060 - Display of License

PURPOSE: This amendment changes how and where licenses are required to be displayed, and adds section 313.255, RSMo as part of its authority.

PURPOSE: This rule requires the licensee to display the license.

Each licensee shall prominently display his/her license or a copy.
