Section 12 CSR 40-40.012 - Residency

PURPOSE: The amendment expands the definition of a licensee.

(1) Each person applying for a license shall either-

(A) Be a resident of this state;

(B) If a corporation, limited liability company (LLC) or partnership, be licensed to do business in this state; or

(C) If a partnership, have at least one (1) partner residing in this state.
