Rescinded: Filed April 23, 1992, effective Dec. 3, 1992. William R. Newmann, d/b/a Goodfellow Auto Sales & Salvage, Inc. v. Director of Revenue, Case No. RV-86-0286 (A.H.C. 8/30/88). The Administrative Hearing Commission found that petitioner failed to maintain complete records and files on motor vehicles and motor vehicle parts acquired for resale in the business office at the registered location during normal business hours and that suspension of its auto salvage dealer's license was proper.
