Section 11 CSR 45-51.130 - Disclosure of Public ServicePURPOSE: The purpose of this rule is to set forth the requirements for disclosure of public service plan for a Class A license.
(1) An applicant for a Class A license must disclose its plan for the promotion of the orderly growth of horse racing in Missouri and education of the public with respect to horse racing and parimutuel betting.
