Section 11 CSR 45-4.010 - Types of Licenses

PURPOSE: This amendment updates the types of licenses issued by the commission.

(1) The types of licenses shall include:

(A) Class A;

(B) Class B;

(C) Supplier and temporary supplier;

(D) Key business entity;

(E) Key person; and

(F) Occupational:

1. Level I;

2. Level II;

3. Restricted Level II.

(2) The commission may classify an activity to be licensed in addition to, different from, or at a different level than the types set forth in section (1) of this rule. The commission shall investigate all levels of license applications.
