Section 11 CSR 45-30.595 - Petition for Removal of Name from the List of Ineligible PersonsPURPOSE: This rule establishes procedures to petition for removal from the list.
(1) Any person who has been placed on the list of ineligible persons may petition the executive director of the commission in writing and request that his/her name be removed from the list after a period of two (2) years has elapsed from the initial placement.(2) The executive director at his/her discretion may remove the person's name from the list if sufficient evidence exists to show that such person is no longer a threat to the public interest or to the effective regulation and control of bingo or the carrying on of the business and financial arrangements incidental to the conduct of bingo. To assist in this determination, the executive director may order that an evidentiary hearing be held to determine if sufficient evidence exists to warrant a name's removal from the list.
