Section 11 CSR 45-17.030 - Procedure for Entry of Names onto List of Disassociated PersonsPURPOSE: This amendment allows the disclosure of the List of Disassociated Persons to licensed fantasy sports contest operators.
(1) Upon filing of an application for placement on the List of Disassociated Persons (List), the director may file a Notice of Placement on the List. Notwithstanding the status of some information contained therein that may be closed under sections 313.847, 313.945, and 610.021, RSMo, the application and notice may be disclosed to all Class B licensees and licensed fantasy sports contest operators, and their agents and employees.(2) The director shall deliver a copy of the Notice of Placement on the List to the applicant via regular U.S. mail to the address contained on the application, or other address provided by the applicant, or by appointment. The applicant is deemed to be placed on the List at the time the person executes the application for placement on the List, not at the time such notice is delivered to the applicant.(3) Should the director find that an applicant does not qualify for placement on the List, s/he shall so notify the applicant via regular U.S. mail to the address contained on the application, or other address provided by the applicant, or by appointment.
