Section 11 CSR 40-5.150 - Repealer and Effective DatePURPOSE: This rule repeals any previous rules or regulations concerning elevators that may have been issued. It also provides for a six-month exemption from some situations.
(1) All previous rules and regulations of the Elevator Safety Board are hereby repealed.(2) The effective date of these rules and regulations is the first day of July, 1999.(3) The director of the Department of Public Safety may grant a grace period of six (6) months for those persons aggrieved by the promulgation of these rules and regulations under this section. Within thirty (30) days after notice thereof, written notice shall be given to all interested parties.
